Osler-Weber-Rendu disease

  • autosomal dominant disorder
  • characterised by triad of recurrent epistaxis, teleangiectases and arteriovenous malformations, and family history of the disease
  • teleangiectases typically located on lips, fingers and in the oral cavity
  • gastrointestinal teleangiectases with bleeding are common
