Osler-Weber-Rendu disease
- autosomal dominant disorder
- characterised by triad of recurrent epistaxis, teleangiectases and arteriovenous malformations, and family history of the disease
- teleangiectases typically located on lips, fingers and in the oral cavity
- gastrointestinal teleangiectases with bleeding are common
