Postbanding ulcer bleeding

Clot adherent to postbanding variceal ulceration (post-EVL ulcer). Finding in a patient who presented with hematemesis five days after EVL. The patient was successfully treated conservatively with PPI, terlipresine and fresh frozen plasma.
