Tuesday 17 August 2010, Branislav Kunčak, M. D.

Esophageal ulcers found in patient with recurrent bleeding after sclerotisation of esophageal varices. The blood clot in the ulcer just above the junction was torn off by the scope. Bleeding was stopped by cyanoacrylate glue injection (0,5mL). The subsequent course was favorable. After seven days sclerotisation of residual varices was done.
