Diminutive polyps.

Standard endoscopy without mangification in determining polyp histology.

Non-neplastic (hyperplastic) polyps: pit pattern II (round pits).

Neoplastic (adenomatous) polyps: pit pattern III (cerebriform pits).

Non-neoplastic (hyperplastic) polyp.

Polyp has a smooth surface and round pits can be distinguished (pit pattern II).

Neoplastic (adenomatous) polyp.

Cerebriform pits can be distinguished (pit pattern III). Histologically tubular adenoma with low-grade dysplasia.
