Ischemic colitis.
Edematous and erythematous mucosa, or pale mucosa with bluish haemorrhages and ulcers are seen often on colonoscopy. Involvement of the colonic mucosa is usually segmental with abrupt transition from ischemic mucosa to normal mucosa. Single linear longitudinal colon ulcer (colon single-stripe sign) can also be found occasionally.
