Perforated duodenal ulcer with periduodenal abscess

Patient with abdominal pain and sepsis but with no signs for peritonitis. EGD found pus streaming from duodenum through the pylorus into the gastric antrum and deep ulcer in the duodenal bulb. Diagnosis of suspected ulcer perforation with periduodenal abscess was confirmed by surgery.
