Duodenal metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma.

Metastasis of galbladder carcinoma found in duodenal bulb. Patient presented with GI bleeding 4 weeks after cholecystectomy for galbladder carcinoma. There were no signs of direct infiltration of the carcinoma into the duodenum during the surgery. Metastasis was found also in the descending colon.
